The staff were very amiable and extremely helpful and offered guidance. Booked a room with large bathroom.

Helpful staff, excellent food and service at the bar downstairs. Perfect location for downtown, yet quiet sleep. Nicely decorated room, although expensive. No shuttle service to/from airport, but rental cars available. Resort fee in summer seems unnecessary. Well-appointed rooms with kitchen and washing machines. Convenient to national parks. Spacious suite with great views of Saddleback Butte and park. Good housekeeping and sunset on third floor deck.

Also, location was perfect and magnificent, not very far from Rare Jackson Hole Gallery. The room was cheap, huge and with a kitchen.

Compact, tastefully decorated room, everything was very good! There were a storage and a couch. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, at a medium distance from a george Washington Memorial park. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

View from the room wasn't great ( empty lot), but we weren't staying there for the view.

This room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated with a magnificent view of the mountains.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. I also appreciated the rooftop terrace, which provided a great outdoor space to relax with friends. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to downtown and all its amenities.

There was a lack of communication from the manager, despite multiple requests, and the overall customer service was subpar. Additionally, the hotel was overpriced for the level of service provided.

Great price, beautiful room, great service. Would stay there again. Nice gym facility.
